The first quarter of 2020 has indeed brought with it some very challenging times. As I began to reflect on what you, your families and friends may be working through right now, the injuries that you or your loved ones may have sustained, the recent COVID-19 crises that may have you and your family in turmoil, I felt it was important to reach out to you and provide you with some reassurance. Also, during this time for the safety of our clients and my staff I have established a Covid-19 Office Protocol that I would like to share with you.
Covid-19 Office Safety Protocol:
I am still personally meeting with all new clients seriously injured in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents and other personal injury cases as well as work accidents for their initial office visits. In order to continue to meet personally with all new and existing clients and to minimize exposure, my staff and I are following the recommendations of the CDC; practicing social distancing and wearing masks at all client meetings. Thereafter, I recommend other client contacts with me, other lawyers and paralegals in my office assisting me with the case be by telephone, email or teleconferencing until the Covid-19 pandemic is over. This is for client safety as well as the safety of my employees.
The office also employs the latest virtual technology in order to maintain client contact and to keep existing cases on track. In addition, steps have been taken to implement a document delivery policy that will make it safer for you to send documents to our office. I have listed the steps below for your convenience.
