At this special time of the year, I just want you to know that I think about you and your family and every other client I represent now or have in the past. And I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
I realize that if you are still actively treating with the doctor and your case is still open, you may be, probably are, going through some difficult times now in terms of your injuries and your finances, but I want to assure you that I will aggressively try to resolve your case as soon as possible after your active treatment is over and your doctor releases you to return to him/her as necessary. Just let your paralegal in my office know when that happens. In the meantime, remember that this low period in your life is probably temporary and that with active medical treatment, your injuries will hopefully improve. And after I get your case resolved, your financial situation will likely improve. So don’t lose hope. There are things in your life to be grateful for. You probably have a family that loves and supports you. You definitely have a lawyer and paralegal that believe in you and your case. So I believe that things will get better for you in the future.
If I’ve already resolved your case and you’re moving on with your life, God Bless You for your courage and determination and I hope things are working out better for you. And hopefully, our efforts have eased or eliminated your financial problems and concerns and you can now see the silver lining on the past clouds. I wish you the very best for the future.
Wishing you good health, happiness and prosperity throughout the new year!
Sincerely,
Daniel L. Hightower, Lawyer
