Dear Mr. Hightower,
Wow! What a year it has been, and without your support it would not have been possible. My name is Morgan Wofford, and you have helped make my senior year one for the books, Sal and I greatly appreciate your support. The South Eastern Youth Fair would not be possible without its buyers, and we are forever thankful for people in the community like you!
With the money I am getting from Sal, I plan to put it away from college. I am pursuing my career to become a Veterinarian, and that goal is so close yet so far… and not cheap by any means! I am currently a full time dual enrollment student at the College of Central Florida, and am one semester out from getting my Associates degree in Biology. Soon after I receive that, I plan on applying to the University of Florida’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Raising market animals has really driven my interest in this field, and for that I will forever be thankful. Thank you so much for helping me pursue my dreams!
I hope that the market steer I produced, meets good standards. He was grass and grain fed and should taste pretty good! You can’t beat organic with no additives or unknown antibiotics! It has been such a great experience and if I could do it again, I would in a heartbeat. I loved spending my mornings, afternoon and nights in the barn. It is truly something I loved, but now I am on to bigger and better things. I will never be able to thank you enough for what you have done for me, as well as this community. Thank you so much!
