I’m Dan Hightower. I’d like to take a moment to welcome you to our website and introduce myself. I was born in Lakeland, Polk County, Florida. My parents raised me on the values of faith, family, country and hard work. I spent my summers while in high school and college at jobs doing manual labor in the phosphate mines and orange groves, on construction sites and in wholesale warehouses. I also operated front-end loaders and forklifts. At these jobs, I learned to appreciate people who work hard to support themselves and their families. I also learned the quality of caring for others. Sometimes good, honest people need a helping hand with problems that are bigger than they can handle themselves.
In 1987, I started Daniel L. Hightower, PA, Lawyer with one secretary. Over the past 23 years, the firm has grown to include a team of six lawyers and a staff of over 25 paralegals and legal assistants. It is a pleasure for me to run a client-centered law practice with such a caring and capable group of personal injury attorneys specializing in car accidents, work accidents, personal injury, wrongful death and social security disability.
