In June, 2018, Mr. Hightower negotiated a $1,300,000.00 settlement for his clients, a 22 year old woman, her husband and young child, who were seriously and permanently injured in a violation of right of way collision caused by the carelessness of the driver of a sport utility vehicle.

In August, 2018, Mr. Hightower negotiated a $1,000,000.00 settlement for his client, a 47 year old man, who was seriously and permanently injured in a violation of right of way collision caused by the carelessness of the driver of a van.

In early February of 2018, Mr. Hightower helped one of his clients, a 40 year old man, who was seriously and permanently injured in a work accident recover a lump sum settlement of $825,218.77 from the Workers’ Compensation insurance company.
